About Mrs. Chambers
Hello! I have been teaching for four years and I absolutely love it! This is my second year at Sherwood Elementary and it's so nice to be part of such a dedicated staff. Teaching is definitely my passion and I love the way the kids get so excited to learn new things.
I received my degree in Early Childhood Education at Texas State University in San Marcos. I miss the hill country and most importantly the river! My husband and I are from the San Antonio area and we moved to Houston just last year. We have one dog named Macy and she keeps us busy when I'm not busy with school work. I love to read and my favorite authors are Jan Brett, Eric Carle, and Rosemary Wells. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Your children are my passion and I enjoy getting to work with them each and everyday. I am so blessed to love my job! Thanks for visiting our site and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
